Previously, he was a partner and chief investment officer of 3RE Partners, a boutique multifamily operator, and a director of Wood Partners, a national multifamily developer. Brian and John previously worked together as partners at Apollo Real Estate Advisors and AREA Property Partners.

Francis Casale

Francis Casale is a founding partner at Norstead Capital Partners, serving as chief financial officer overseeing the firm’s accounting, reporting, and administrative functions. He was previously a founder and managing partner and chief financial officer of the Hudson’s Bay Trading Company, a private $6 billion operating partnership, and he was a founder, managing partner, and chief financial officer of NRDC Equity Partners.
